At Pilots HQ, we want you to feel confident in your aviation-inspired style; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags and flight-ready packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via our portal to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt to monitor your return's progress.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
